The Chicago Lighthouse for People who are Blind or Visually Impaired, an organization certified with the State Use Program, which has provided services to the Department since 2013. The Chicago Lighthouse for People who are Blind or Visually Impaired provides these services at a rate of $62,500 per month, which is a competitive rate in the industry and allows the Department to operate within its budget.
The contract start date is an estimate and will start upon execution of the contract.
