Description and Specifications:
We are procuring services from AT&T utilizing Aspect Software,Inc.as a sub-contractor, to design and implement a Spanish prompt in the IVR application software.
The emergency enhnacements were not included in the original call center procurement contract with AT&T. AT&T is the primary on the original call center contract and the solution was sub-contracted to Aspect Software, Inc.

The emergency procurement is needed to minimizes serious disruption to state services.
Taxpayers must have access to tax information 24X7. The call center provides live and automated assistance to the taxpayers of Illinois which promotes compliance with tax laws along with prompt, accurate filing of returns and receipt of millions of dollars in related payments.
