|The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) is publishing its intent to award a contract for Architectural and Engineering Services to meet its federal and state mandates to assess the roadway associated exposure to peak nitrogen dioxide concentrations in populated areas where people live, work, play, or go to school near major roads, as well as those people who spend time commuting on major roads in accordance with the Architectural, Engineering and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535). Prairie Engineers of Illinois, P.C. has been selected for a not to exceed estimated award of $450,000. The final contract value will be based on work performed and number of hours used.|
Vendors are advised that total amount of federal funding available for the identified contract will not exceed $450,000.
Pursuant to 30 ILCS 575/7 (5) each Vendor’s BEP Utilization Plan percentage is listed below. There was no Disadvantage Business goal attached to this solicitation. The Agency did not receive bid amounts from Vendors due to the selection process that was identified.
