Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) is giving notice of its intent to award a contract resulting from Invitation for Bid (IFB) 228603 for purchasing traffic warning devices as outlined within the bid document.
Award is being given to the Responsive and Responsible Single-Bidder by Line Item Unit Price, and a determination was made that the anticipated cost will be fair and reasonable.
The contract resulting from this Invitation for Bid will be available for use by any State Agency and Local Government through Joint Purchasing Participation.
