Description and Specifications:
The Illinois Department of Employment Security (IDES) is giving notice of an amendment/change orders in accordance with Section 1.2067 of Admin rule and [720 ILCS 5/33E-9] of the criminal code. IDES will need to use used these machines longer than anticipated. The new term will end on March 31, 2018. IDES is now initiating a change order to add $51,114.00 to the contract to pay for the additional time. As stated amendment/change order to Xerox Lease of 80 MFD contract is $51,114.00. Start date 01/01/18 thru 03/31/18.
