Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) is giving notice of its intent to award a contract as a result of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued under reference number 228489 Jellies and Condiments 17-4 as outlined within the bid document.

Award is being given to the three bidders (M. J. Kellner Company Inc., Elwood International Inc., and Neiman Brothers Co.) who were found to be responsive and responsible, offering a fair and reasonable price.

Lines 40 and 41 received no valid bids and were return for local purchase.
